BOATsmart! Canada is committed to providing excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with the service or online exam experience you received from BOATsmart! Canada, please contact us for a full refund within 60 days of completing your paid registration.

If You Haven’t Received Your Card
If you do not receive your card within 4 to 8 weeks of completing your exam please contact info@BoatSmartExam.com and we will re-issue your card if required. Unfortunately, if you wait more than 90 days to contact us you’ll be asked to pay an Operator Card re-issue fee of $20.00 + HST.
If There Is An Error On Your Card
If there is an error on your Operator Card, such as an incorrect spelling of your name or date of birth, please contact us immediately so that your card can be re-issued. If reported within 90 days of completing your exam, and if it is determined to be an error on the part of BOATsmart! Canada, we will reissue your card at no charge. Unfortunately, a re-issue fee of $20.00 + HST will apply in the event that the card error was the result of incorrect data supplied by the boater (candidate) or it has been longer than 90 days since the date of your exam.
