Then, you must provide it to the new owner, who must complete and sign the reverse side of the Pleasure Craft License and submit it to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tc.gc.ca\/eng\/marinesafety\/debs-obs-paperwork-paperwork_boat_licence-3212.htm\">Transport Canada\u2019s Pleasure Craft Licensing Centre<\/a> for transfer within 90 days.
