Refusal to submit to testing may result in increased penalties upon conviction.<\/p>\n<h2>Oklahoma\u2019s \u00a0Law Enforcement Authority<\/h2>\n<p>Boating laws in Oklahoma are enforced by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oklahoma Highway Patrol Division.<\/li>\n<li>Lake Patrol Section troopers.<\/li>\n<li>The Coast Guard (on federal waters).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Law enforcement in the state of Oklahoma have the authority to stop and board boats to ensure they are complying with state and federal laws.
