HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR CARD?

If you do not receive your Boater Education Card within 60 days of the date you passed the test, please contact support@BoatSmartExam.com. Contacting BOATsmart!™ after the 60 day period will result in a Boater Education Card re-issue fee of $9.95.

Error on card
ERROR ON YOUR CARD?

If there is an error on your Boater Education Card, such as the incorrect spelling of your name or date of birth, you must report it to BOATsmart!™ within 60 days of your test date. A re-issue fee of $9.95 will apply in the event that the card error was the result of incorrect data supplied or entered by the boater or it has been longer than 60 days since the date you passed the test.
